Solvay joint venture to build electronic grade hydrogen fluoride plant in Zhejiang

Solvay has agreed to build a hydrogen fluoride (HF) plant in Zhejiang province, China, as part of a joint venture with Sinochem Lantian, the Belgian chemicals producer said.
