Norway’s Nordic Mining is the latest company to take interest in lithium carbonate after agreeing to buy Finnish spodumene potential producer, Keliber for €4m.(£2.97m.)

Oslo based Nordic Mining ASA has agreed to pay 4m.(£2.97m.) for 68% of Finnish hard rock lithium exploration company, Keliber Oy, with the aim of becoming the first European producer of lithium carbonate.
